was blog-hopping just now,
visited crystal and shoko's blogs~
it's been AGES since i last saw them.
or even talked to them.
but it's great to know that they've been keeping well.
crystal was my primary school bestie.
we wrote notes and letters to each other,
putting into words what we could not say out loud..
family, school, boys (cant imagine what we had to do w boys at tht age ><) etc, there was nothing we did not share w each other.
it was a great friendship.
to d 10 to 12-year-old sarah, she was one o d most important persons in my life.
shoko was my high school senior.
not sure if we could b counted as friends,
cuz i was (and still a weeny bit) *extremely* in awe and afraid o her.
you could say there was only one other person in d entire school whom i would go out o my way to avoid,
rest assured that d other was NOT my head mistress.
i admire (still do!) both crystal and shoko a lot.
for me, i could never match d cheery outlook crystal has on life.
it's like, even if life goes wrong for her, at d end o d day she still thinks it's beautiful.
shoko, on d other hand... was just a great head prefect, hostel disciplinarion and senior to all o us.
like i said, i would turn and walk d other way whenever i saw her, but there were several instances when i couldnt help but admire her for her fairness, adherence to rules and common sense.
all o which i, sadly, lack.
as a prefect, i should but did not have d courage to "go for" every rule-breaker...
well.
enough biographing.
instead o d studying i promised myself (what, 3 days ago?)
what i did today was
eat, watch CSI, read harry potter, watch CSI, watch mythbusters, watch CSI, read harry potter, eat, sleep
*geesh*
i thought there was a limit to procrastination =.=
signing off~
